BRANDON GIBBS

Sr. General Manager

Brandon Gibbs is the Senior General Manager of Halidom Eatery, where he oversees one of Atlanta’s most dynamic food hall operations. A graduate of Middle Georgia University with a degree in Business and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Brandon combines sharp financial acumen with a passion for hospitality. His expertise spans multi-stall operations, brand development, event programming, and community engagement, making him a trusted leader in the industry.

Known for his ability to pair operational discipline with creative vision, Brandon has guided Halidom Eatery through new concept launches, large-scale events, and innovative beverage and marketing programs. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brandon is a devoted family man, happily married to a nurse and the proud father of twins, who finds joy in both the fast-paced world of hospitality and the adventure of parenthood.

Brian Huber

Bar Manager

Brian Huber is the Bar Manager at Halidom Eatery, where he leads the bar program with a focus on inventive cocktails and bold, unique flavors. With a degree in Biology from Eastern Michigan University, Brian draws on both scientific precision and creative artistry to develop drinks that surprise and delight guests. His expertise lies in balancing complexity with approachability, creating a bar experience that reflects Halidom’s dynamic energy.

Outside of work, Brian is preparing for the next stage of his life - his upcoming wedding in the Winter of 2025. His dedication to hospitality and his love for memorable experiences extend seamlessly from the bar to his personal life.
