President & CEO
Hal Blackman is the founder, CEO, and owner of IST Management Services, Inc. He has more than 35 years of experience in sales and management. Hal’s vision is to create a national business process and litigation support company that is focused and passionate about exceeding client expectations and simultaneously reducing their costs.
IST has operations in over 40 cities throughout the United States. Serving both legal and corporate markets, IST has remained the partner of choice for organizational support services.
In addition to his role at IST, Hal is the developer, owner, and operator of the Halidom Eatery, Atlanta’s most unique food hall. Located on the first floor of IST’s international headquarters, the Halidom Eatery is home to eleven local chef-driven concepts and the beautiful art-deco bar, Bar La Rose.
A cum laude graduate of West Virginia University, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources. Hal lives in Fayetteville, Georgia, and his sons, Joshua and Sean, both graduated from the Naval Academy and are now veterans of the US Navy. Hal is married to Rosa, the founder of one of Atlanta's premier kitchen design and remodeling companies. Together, Hal and Rosa raise Rosa’s 16-year-old son, Maddox.

Co-Founder/Partner and Creative Director
In Rosa's role as Creative Director at Halidom Eatery, her vision and artistry bring the space to life for holidays, special events, and everyday moments of gathering. Known for her ability to transform concepts into immersive environments, Rosa’s work spans storyboarding seasonal designs, curating décor, and shaping the overall atmosphere that makes Halidom not just a place to dine, but a place to experience.
With a background in creative direction, design, and entrepreneurship, Rosa thrives on the details that elevate a concept into a fully realized environment—whether through lighting, color palettes, textures, or thematic storytelling. Her designs for Halidom’s holiday seasons and special events have become signature experiences, delighting guests and embedding the eatery as a centerpiece for celebration.
In addition to her role at Halidom, Rosa is the owner of Rosa Moreno Kitchens, where she has earned recognition for blending cultural heritage with modern design. Inspired by architecture, art, and storytelling, she believes the best environments connect people not just to a place, but to a shared experience.

BRANDON GIBBS
Sr. General Manager
Brandon Gibbs is the Senior General Manager of Halidom Eatery, where he oversees one of Atlanta’s most dynamic food hall operations. A graduate of Middle Georgia University with a degree in Business and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Brandon combines sharp financial acumen with a passion for hospitality. His expertise spans multi-stall operations, brand development, event programming, and community engagement, making him a trusted leader in the industry.
Known for his ability to pair operational discipline with creative vision, Brandon has guided Halidom Eatery through new concept launches, large-scale events, and innovative beverage and marketing programs. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brandon is a devoted family man, happily married to a nurse and the proud father of twins, who finds joy in both the fast-paced world of hospitality and the adventure of parenthood.

Brian Huber
Bar Manager
Brian Huber is the Bar Manager at Halidom Eatery, where he leads the bar program with a focus on inventive cocktails and bold, unique flavors. With a degree in Biology from Eastern Michigan University, Brian draws on both scientific precision and creative artistry to develop drinks that surprise and delight guests. His expertise lies in balancing complexity with approachability, creating a bar experience that reflects Halidom’s dynamic energy.
Outside of work, Brian is preparing for the next stage of his life - his upcoming wedding in the Winter of 2025. His dedication to hospitality and his love for memorable experiences extend seamlessly from the bar to his personal life.

taylor witts
Events Coordinator
With over six years of experience in the events industry, Taylor Witts is a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator currently based at Halidom Eatery. At Halidom, Taylor oversees a wide range of private and public events—including birthdays, bridal showers, mixers, full venue buyouts, and other special occasions—bringing creativity and care to each unique celebration.
Originally from New Jersey, Taylor moved to the Los Angeles area to study Fashion Merchandising, where an eye for aesthetics and a love for personal connection naturally evolved into a thriving career in event planning. Whether managing logistics or curating meaningful moments, Taylor thrives on collaborating with clients to turn their vision into unforgettable memories.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family. Her personable approach and genuine love for working with people make her a trusted partner for events big and small.

madeline brennan
Graphic Designer
Madeline Brennan is a creative force behind the visuals at Halidom Eatery. A 2023 graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a BFA in 3D Animation, Madeline brings a vibrant blend of artistic vision and technical skill to the team.
Originally from Michigan, she began her post-grad journey as a Graphic Design professor at a local community college, where she nurtured young creatives before deciding to fully dive into her own artistic career. That leap led her to Atlanta, Georgia, where she found her place at Halidom Eatery.
As a Graphic Designer, Madeline plays a key role in developing Halidom’s Internal Marketing team, helping shape the brand’s visual identity and storytelling through design. Her passion for animation, design, and all things creative continues to inspire the work she brings to the table every day.

Market Manager
Lidia Torres is the Market Manager at Halidom Eatery, where she focuses on bringing in unique vendors, building strong community partnerships, and creating engaging displays that showcase the food hall’s diverse offerings. She is passionate about connecting people through local food, art, and memorable shared experiences.
Lidia joined the Halidom Eatery team, bringing with her a rich background in executive support, hospitality, and design. In this role, she curates local artisans and farmers to display inside the eatery—planning unique offerings, coordinating vendors, and managing timelines.
