Buena Papa (Spanish translation, Good Potato) Fry Bar serves up Colombian-inspired, Latin-infused flavors over hand-cut, made-to-order gourmet french fries, along with other global, premium toppings. Buena Papa is founded and operated by husband-and-wife team, James and Johanna Windon who's fries were recently featured on "Shark Tank" striking a deal with Robert Herjevac. The toppings were inspired by Johanna’s native country of Colombia.
